1. Overview
At Bio Boost, we are committed to delivering high-quality natural health and wellness products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below.
This policy applies to all Bio Boost products, including Serene (menstruation relief cream) and Bio Boost Body Balance.
2. No Returns Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Due to the nature of our products — which are topical creams and consumable health supplements intended for personal use — we are unable to accept returned items for health, hygiene, and safety reasons. This is in accordance with standard consumer protection practices for personal care and wellness products.
Once a product has left our facility, it cannot be restocked or resold. We trust that customers will understand that this policy exists to protect all consumers.
3. Refund Policy
While we do not accept returns, we do offer refunds in limited circumstances, at our sole discretion, under the following strict conditions:
3.1 Eligibility for a Refund
A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- You purchased the product directly from our official website.
- You have genuinely used the product as directed for a reasonable trial period.
- You submit your refund request within 30 days of the date of delivery.
- You sincerely believe the product provided no benefit whatsoever to your condition after consistent use.
- You contact us in good faith and provide a brief explanation of your experience.
3.2 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, you must contact us on our Contact Us Page.
Your request must include:
- Full name and email address used at checkout
- Order number
- Product purchased
- Date of delivery
- A brief, honest account of how you used the product and why you feel it did not help
Refund requests that do not include this information will not be processed.
3.3 Review Process
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Bio Boost reserves the right to:
- Request additional information before making a decision.
- Decline any refund request that does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
- Decline requests that show evidence of misuse, abuse of the policy, or fraudulent claims.
Bio Boost's decision on all refund requests is final.
3.4 Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. We do not offer store credit or product exchanges in lieu of refunds.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund for verified cases.
5. Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted in any of the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You purchased the product as a gift and the recipient does not want it.
- You experienced results that differ from your personal expectations.
- You did not use the product as directed.
- Your refund request is submitted after the 30-day window from delivery.
- The product was purchased through a third-party retailer (please contact the retailer directly).
6. Consumer Rights (South Africa)
This policy is designed to operate within the framework of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) of South Africa. To the extent that any provision of this policy conflicts with your statutory rights under the CPA, your statutory rights will prevail. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
