Shipping Policy

1. Overview

At Bio Boost, we maintain stock on hand so we can get your order to you as quickly as possible. This policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders within South Africa.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in this Shipping Policy.


2. Order Processing

Once your payment has been confirmed, we will begin processing your order. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a dispatch notification once it has been handed to our courier.


3. Delivery Timeframes

We deliver door-to-door via courier throughout South Africa. Delivery timeframes after dispatch are estimated as follows:

  • Major cities and urban areas (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, etc.) — typically 1 to 2 business days
  • Outlying towns and rural areas — typically 3 to 4 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier capacity, and circumstances outside our control.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 2 to 6 business days.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly communicated on our Site and applied automatically at checkout.


5. Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Bio Boost will not be liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be required to cover the cost of re-delivery.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information where available. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

7. Failed Deliveries

Our courier will attempt delivery at the address provided. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave a calling card or contact you to arrange re-delivery or collection. Bio Boost is not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to the recipient being unavailable.


8. Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Bio Boost is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Third-party courier services
  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Strikes or industrial action
  • Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will liaise with the courier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.


10. International Shipping

At this time, Bio Boost ships within South Africa only. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are based outside South Africa, please check back in future as we may expand our shipping regions.
