1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bio Boost website ("Site") and purchasing any products from us, you ("Customer", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use this Site or place any orders.

Bio Boost ("we", "us", "our") reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2. About Our Products

Bio Boost sells natural health and wellness products, including:

  • Serene — a topical menstruation relief cream
  • Bio Boost Body Balance — an all-day energy, cognitive, and weight management supplement

Our products are intended for general wellness purposes only. They are not medicines, are not registered with the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) as pharmaceutical products, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use this Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Ordering and Payment

5.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or stock unavailability. You will be notified if your order is declined.

5.2 Pricing

All prices listed on the Site are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Prices confirmed at checkout will apply to your order.

5.3 Payment

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We do not store your full payment card details.

5.4 Order Errors

It is your responsibility to review your order carefully before completing checkout. We are not liable for errors made by the customer at the time of ordering (e.g., incorrect delivery address, wrong quantity).

6. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Bio Boost is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon handover to our courier or delivery service.

7. Returns and Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review that policy before making a purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product names, branding, graphics, and copy — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bio Boost and is protected under applicable South African and international intellectual property law.

13. Limitation of Liability
